El Pozo Alimentación is set to support the Spanish Paralympic Team at Tokyo as an official sponsor of the ADOP Plan (ADOP), a position it has held since 2016. Through this collaboration, the company helps athletes gain access to the preparation that top-level competition demands and fulfil their dreams by participating in the Tokyo Paralympic Games, which are being held between 24 August and 5 September.
The food company’s support of the ADOP Plan boosts inclusion and diversity in sport and spreads sporting values, raising the public’s awareness of these issues. It also allows Paralympians to obtain training grants and assistance, participate in a greater number of events and competitions and boast the necessary means and equipment to succeed, such as technicians, trainers, support staff, specific sporting materials and medical services, among other things.
The company champions sport and considers it to be a fundamental aspect of its business philosophy and CSR initiatives. In addition to Team Spain, the brand also sponsors ElPozo Murcia Fútbol Sala, Alhama CF ElPozo and La Vuelta.
