El Pozo Alimentación presents its most international solutions at Anuga 2023

A poster measuring more than 100 square metres with the image of the company’s brand ambassador, tennis player Carlos Alcaraz, presides over the entrance to the kölnmesse GHMBH exhibition centre in Cologne

El Pozo Alimentación is attending the Anuga 2023 trade fair, the most prestigious and important meeting of the agri-food sector on a global scale, to present its most international solutions.

Specifically, the company has launched Fuetec Mediterráneo, a unique combination of ingredients that provide a distinctive flavour: basil, tomato, black olives and pepper are the key elements of this new proposal of air-dried salami, which joins Fuetec Original, Fuetec Ibérico and Fuetec Truffle. El Pozo Alimentación is the Spanish leader in this market in many European countries.

For the exterior it has also launched briefcases with the image of its brand ambassador, Carlos Alcaraz, and has developed a new presentation for the 1954 range of processed meats and hams.

El Pozo Alimentación has also presented a selection of premium pork and beef meats in more sustainable packaging such as Paperseal and FlatSkin, as well as the latest innovations in marinated meat under leading brand Extratiernos.

The company’s image dominates the hall of the Kölnmesse GMBH exhibition centre in Cologne where the Anuga trade fair is being held until 11 October. A poster measuring more than 100 square metres with the image of tennis player Carlos Alcaraz, ambassador of the ELPOZO brand, welcomes the 7,900 exhibitors and 160,000 people who will visit the event.
