ElPozo has just launched an original longaniza (long, spiced pork sausage) and has presented the expansion of its Fuetec range, a leader in Europe.
El Pozo Alimentación has been present at SIAL 2022, the most important global event in the food sector, to present its new food products for the international market. The company has just launched an original longaniza, a cured sausage handmade with spices that give it a mild and natural flavour.
It has also announced the expansion of its fuet range, with which it is the leader in Europe, which will soon include Fuetec Mediterráneo, an exclusive piece that incorporates tomato, olives and basil.
The SIAL agri-food show was held at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition centre and brought together 19 product sectors and welcomed over 140,000 visitors and 5,500 exhibitors from all over the world. It is a meeting point for buyers from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
