These awards, organised by the newspaper specialised in Food and Drinks, Qcom.es, recognise the work of companies which take care of the image of this sector in society
El Pozo Alimentación has received an award for its commitment to economic, social and environmental sustainability in the Private Companies category of the prizes organised by the publication Qcom.es. With these awards, the newspaper gives recognition to companies which dedicate their time and effort to placing value on agro-food production and its processes in a way which is sustainable and respects the environment. Together with El Pozo, companies and institutions such as Ecovidrio, Covirán, Grupo Nueva Pescanova, Alimentos de España and the Association of Supermarket Businesses ASEDAS have also been distinguished.
The award was received by Mar Fuertes, Director of Institutional Relations at Grupo Fuertes, from Pedro Barato, the president of ASAJA, during an award ceremony held at The Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid.
