El Pozo Alimentación strengthens its presence in Asia by attending SIAL Shanghai 2024

The company is attending one of the largest fairs for the food industry in Asia and the rest of the world

This week, from 28 to 30 May, El Pozo Alimentación will be at SIAL Shanghái, one of the biggest fairs in food and drink innovation in Asia and the rest of the world, to increase visibility of its products in this important market. The company has a market share of over 25% in Spanish ham exports.

For El Pozo Alimentación, which entered the Chinese market in 2008, Shanghai is the beating heart of its activity of China, as it is home to the company’s sales office and warehouses. It was also one of the first Spanish companies to be approved by the Chinese government to sell its food products in the country. Its Legado Ibérico and ElPozo brands now have a strong reputation there and are sold to both large-scale distributors and the hospitality industry. The company develops advertising campaigns for local media outlets as well as promotions for retail outlets.
