ElPozo Flexiterráneo Meat & Veggie has been chosen as the best innovative food product at the international Gama Innovation Awards 2022, held in Manchester (United Kingdom). ElPozo Flexiterráneo is the first brand whose products are 50/50 hybrid meat and vegetables and one of the latest innovative products launched by the company.
The Gama Innovation Awards recognise highly innovative food products and solutions found in the mass consumer industry. In this edition, an international panel of professionals and experts selected a total of 80 finalists in ten categories from the main brands on the market. The awards ceremony brought together over 250 delegates from the food and beverage industry from different countries.
The Managing Director of El Pozo Alimentación, Rafael Fuertes, expressed his gratitude for this recognition, which, he says, “Is the outcome of years of hard work and innovation that the company has been carrying out to identify the needs of consumers and meet them. All employees at El Pozo Alimentación put the consumer at the heart of the decisions they make”.
He also stressed that the values by which the company is governed are aligned with those promoted by sport and, in this sense, he highlighted that ElPozo’s brand ambassador, the tennis player Carlos Alcaraz, “reminds us that these principles by which we strive to adhere help us to keep progressing and working every day to become better than the day before”.
