Likewise, the purpose of the quality process is to "advance and improve in excellence in terms of the products and services delivered to our clients and our consumers, comply with the aims of our shareholders, drive the organisation towards utmost quality, and involve employees."
The purpose of this Quality Manual is to explain the way in which the management at ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN, S.A. defines and documents its quality policy, including its objectives and commitment to this end.
This policy is suitable both for achieving the proposed objectives and meeting the expectations and needs of our customers, being based on the following fundamental concepts:
1.- Design and manufacture healthy, safe, legal, and authentic products capable of satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers, using suitable ingredients, and adapting the necessary resources to accomplish the aforementioned – whether these be infrastructure, human resources, and/or environmental resources.
2.- Comply with applicable law and regulations.
3.- Maintain and increase the training of all staff members.
4.- Ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers are discovered and that they subsequently become requirements which are fulfilled, doing so to achieve our customers' satisfaction.
5.- Ensure the hygiene and the conditions of the workstations so that they are fitting to produce healthy, safe, and wholesome products.
6.- Undertake production processes in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
This quality policy is understood by, implemented, and kept up to date at all levels of the organisation and it has the full commitment and support of the management at ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN S.A., being established thereby to achieve the following objectives:
1.- Develop and maintain products that meet the needs of our clients and consumers.
2.- Continuously and tirelessly improve the quality of our products, processes, and services.
3.- Avoid financial damage and market losses by preventing non-conformities and steering clear of the delivery of defective products, avoiding food fraud at all times.
This quality policy is periodically reviewed to ensure that it meets the purposes of the organisation. It includes a commitment to meet the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, and provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. In addition, it is disclosed and understood within the organisation.
